And you can either have them as part of your identity or develop them in your daily affair.

You can extra personality, be an extra enthusiastic person or look for an extra edge. You define your extra.

Its not about you are overdoing the thing. It’s about how you can add even more to the things which you already do. Think one step further, do that extra thing.

Credit may or may not be given. Initially you want to put in all the reps and do some extra to level up yourself.

Youthful

Its not about the age. Being youthful means you can be cheerful at any age or designation. You don’t act weird because you have been promoted.

You remain youthful. It’s about how you present yourself.

Be cheerful, exciting and be young at heart. Youthfulness remains as long as you want it to be your core values.

Zen

Peace, calm and at ease. Zen. These are the core values which will make your life much easier.

When your mental health doesn’t falter by outer things then you have achieved the zen status. It takes time, a continuing practice but it can be achieved.
