The Truth About Anger
Often when you are minding your own business, someone might get angry on you. And it might feel personal.
So your instant reaction happens to get angry back at them. But if you allow yourself to be calm and smile through situation, it subsided.
Everyone is dealing with some demons and when you aren’t able to deal worth them, the easiest way is to get angry on someone else.
Hence, most of the times when someone is angry with me chances are they are battling something within them.
So don’t respond, don’t take the words spoken personally and smile. This will disarm them and slowly they will come back to the normal posture.
They will be sorry for the trouble. But since you are calm anyway, no harm is done and you have not escalated the situation.
Seeing something beyond the normal things will help you to react better and become a better human being.
