What New Did You Start?

An article, project, cooking course or a script.

It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner. Or the world tells you that you can’t do it. Just enrol in something new.

Because if you are looking for thrill and happiness in life, then you need to keep experiencing beginner mindset.

Where you feel like you know nothing. You learn the basic and then you fail. Inch by inch you practice to get better.

And then you win your first game or get success of whatever nature.

This is the best thrill you can get. And once you achieve a certain good enough skill, you will find happiness running within you.

Often you experience this growing up, because you know nothing. And every year or month, you are learning something.

But once you become an adult, you see fear in new things.

This is an evolutionary thing but unlike in caves, you aren’t going to die if you try something new. But the fear feels like it’s a big deal.

Always see if you fail at something, can you try again or the damage is little – then go for it.

Every 3 months or so, see if you feel like beginner. Try something new – a book, axe throwing, skating or maybe a project.
